Teacher Assistant

  • Teacher Assistants provide individualized support to help students meet standards, including teaching in ways that are both culturally responsible and responsive. Being a student teacher will provide you plenty of opportunities to work with students from diverse backgrounds who have diverse needs and interests.


Reading Specialist Assistant 

  • Reading Specialist Assistant is responsible for organizing and managing collections of journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic documents, and other data resources. At the primary and elementary school level, reading specialists assistants are also responsible for organizing mini lessons, guided reading and story time.


Enrichment Assistant 

The Enrichment Assistant is under the supervision of the Enrichment Coordinator. The intern performs various duties as assigned for the operation of the STEM Enrichment activities and assisting where needed. No previous training or special knowledge of STEM procedures is required.
