Intensive enrichment experience that empowers high school students to impact Transylvania communities through socially conscious thought and action.

By exploring the root causes of social issues, working with nonprofit organizations, and developing service projects, scholars develop a combination of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to help shape the future of Transylvania County and beyond.
Using skills and techniques acquired, participants will develop skill sets that are transferable across platforms. Teams will debrief to discuss their experiences to include training, activities, and leadership skills into their daily routines.
